The world première of both music and film happened at the International Film Festival of Cannes, France, in 2009. The event was made in honor and benefit of the victims of the terrible earthquake. The film linked bellow is not Dino Viani's movie but a short film exclusively on the virtual musical score. SETI was also performed at the Experimental Intermedia Foundation in New York City, in 2003. Then, it was projected a movie made with the virtual music score. In 2008, Emanuel Pimenta ellaborated the SETI movie, here presented, using images from the Universe captured by NASA. The first and third movements of this concert are oriented to improvisation. It is one of his rare appearances as flutist. Normally, Pimenta appears as composer and dealing with electronic music.
