In 1997, the
International Society for the Interdisciplinary Study of Symmetry,
then directed by Denés Nagy and Gyorgy Darvas, invited
Emanuel Pimenta to elaborate a project for the main offices and
labs of the entity, in Budapest, Hungary. The building works
on several symmetry principles and it was thought to be a dynamic
lab of mathematics, crystallography, art, philosophy and science
in general, in a transdisciplinary approach. |
